Salon Policy

We strive to provide high-quality braiding services in a clean, professional, and comfortable environment.

  • All services are final. No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed. Our braiders are highly experienced, and we take pride in delivering neat, long-lasting styles every time. In the rare event that there is an issue with your braids, we offer a repair within 3 days of your appointment.
  • Adjustments or corrections must be reported within this timeframe to qualify for a fix.
  • We are committed to your satisfaction and aim to ensure every client leaves happy with their results.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. (That is 20% of the quoted service price) This deposit goes toward your total service cost.

  • Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit and may require a new deposit to rebook.
  • We kindly ask that you arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, depending on availability.
